Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Identify process improvements and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in designing and implementing solutions for distributed systems and custom platforms across various industries.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between business and technical teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with different system architectures, including distributed systems and custom platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS.
• Knowledge of SAP Commerce and SAP Customer Experience products.
• Experience in industries such as Insurtech, Fintech, Medical, E-commerce, or Legal.
