Devista was entrusted to provide the architectural vision and technical execution to solve these core challenges.
To enable the omnichannel vision, our team designed and built a high-performance data pipeline to process and sync inventory for over 15 million records for a single market. The architecture featured: An efficient daily data load with a zero-downtime deployment strategy. A near real-time delta update mechanism running every 15 minutes to capture stock changes. A robust API to feed enriched store inventory data directly to the client’s search engine, powering the new customer-facing features.
We took a leadership role as the Online Global Expansion Solution Architect. Our team acts as the central hub for all new market and marketplace launches, responsible for: Coordinating all project phases from analysis to go-live, liaising with stakeholders across warehousing, legal, accounting, and logistics. Designing scalable architecture diagrams and data flows for all core commerce processes (product, order, customer, and settlement). Developing reusable “templates” and onboarding documentation that standardize the integration process, minimizing custom development and accelerating future launches.
